Design and Operationalisation of Information Management Systems (MIS)
Developed an MIS for CNFA Commercial Strengthening of Smallholder Cocoa Production project (CSSCPP).
Designed and operationalized a Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) System (including MIS) for the Commercial Development of Farmer-based Organizations (CDFO) of the Millennium Challenge Account Ghana Compact. Implemented by the Central Management Consultant (CMC) for the Agricultural component.
Designed and operationalized MIS for the following OICI Ghana projects: LEEP (funded by Newmont Gold Ghana Limited), SEED (funded by AngloGold Ashanti); Hand-in-Hand (funded by AngloGold Ashanti); ENHANCE (funded by USAID); HOPE (funded by USAID) and Newmont Akyem Community Development Projects – Akyem LEEP.
